I have gambled on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this method or beat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Wager $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet

Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10

Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager

Wager $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet

If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
