I have wagered on countless of rounds of blackjack. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of funds at 21. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this method! And a few weeks ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
