I have enjoyed millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of cash at 21. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet

Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
