I have gambled on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have enjoyed online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of cash at blackjack. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you see gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
